Infomedia Pro wins the 1st Prize during the 1st Edition of The outstanding technological and educational accomplishments of Infomedia Pro have been successfully promoted during the SGEED Conference 2010 (Serious Games, Education and Economic Development) which took place at Ioannina (Greece) during 7 and 9 of July 2010. The conference is a part of the events developing under the Project LUDUS, that has as a main objective creating an European network for knowledge transfer and dissemination of the best practice in the filed of Serious Games. The LUDUS project is supported by the European Union and by the Transnational Cooperation program for the S-E of Europe. Among the target groups one can find: IT companies, teachers, education and training experts, development agencies and regional governmental representants, young developers, students in IT from the S-E of Europe. During the 1st edition of the European Best Learning Game Competition, Infomedia Pro won the 1st prize in the category "The Best Professional Game with a Budget under 40.000 Euro" for the educational programme "Play and Discover with the E.U. - For Children", multimedia, educational, interactive software addressed to children between 7 and 11 years old. The prize is not the first of this kind won by Infomedia Pro during an international event, the year 2010 proving to be a good year, the merits and distinctions which recognize the innovation, the results and the outstanding services offered by the company are many.
